Formwell is a Victoria-based homebuilding company founded by two families with over 30 years of experience in residential development. Our forward-thinking approach to design is influenced by a shared passion for well-crafted spaces and our own experiences living in growing, changing families. The result is truly livable homes that are easy to love, today and for years to come.
Our vast experience developing single and multi-family homes has shown us what works and what doesn’t from a design and technical standpoint. This knowledge and understanding, along with our own individual experiences with home ownership and raising growing families, helps us we carefully consider how homes are experienced. We’re taking a human-centric approach in pursuit of creating a more livable home.
Carolynn Wilson
Carolynn Wilson Architect Ltd. is a Victoria, BC, full service architecture practice focused on fulfilling client goals and creating unique, holistic design solutions that enhance the site, its neighbourhood and context. Our project delivery is process-driven, inclusive of client stakeholder sessions to discover the project vision, and to find the project opportunities that shape each and every unique design solution.
Carolynn brings 24 years of experience delivering market multi-unit residential projects, institutional, commercial, custom residential projects. Our current multi-unit residential projects that are in various stages of development are located in Saanich, Sooke and several others within the District of Oak Bay.
Murdoch de Greeff
Murdoch de Greeff Inc. Landscape Architects (MDI) is a boutique Victoria design firm that provides services to public and private sector clients. Established in 2007, the principals of MDI have over 40 years of combined landscape architecture, environmental planning, and urban design experience in Victoria and across Vancouver Island. MDI currently employs landscape architects, biologists, and landscape technicians. We have a staff of eight employees with experience in landscape architecture, ecology, CAD software, graphic illustration, hardscape and planting design, and 3D computer rendering. We are excellent communicators and can comfortably guide projects from concept through to completion.
MDI strives to design landscapes that achieve buy-in from stakeholders, embraced sustainability, are maintainable, and that become a positive asset to the client and community. We believe that thoughtfully designed, well-constructed landscapes and healthy environments are foundations for livable and enjoyable communities.
